The Agilent Bio WAX 10 um IEX column measuring 2.1 mm ID x 50 mm L is made from cross-linked non-porous particles and the polymeric layer prevents non-specific binding. Densely packed functional groups offers good resistance to high pressures that in turns increases resolution.
