At launch, we are introducing 2 versions of the 3D counting algorithm to select or toggle prior to entering the counting window. Select version 1 of the algorithm if your 3D figures are irregular in shape with many folds. Select version 2 for cultures composed of spherical objects for optimal results. The software interface and functionality is relatively identical to the regular CCC’s operation, the only difference is that with the Organoid extension we are calculating data for 3D structures vs 2D
