The Pipe Clamp K-Type Thermocouple Probe – HI766TV1 is designed to measure the temperature of pipes and tubes that may be difficult to measure with traditional temperature probes. The response time of a measurement is affected by the position of the sensor relative to the surface being measured. The HI766TV1 clamp construction offers a speedy 8-second response for a temperature reading. With a 35 mm opening diameter of the pipe clamp, this probe is able to measure surfaces up to 200°C (390°F).
