Agilent Polaris HPLC columns offer many polar phase chemistries designed separate mixtures of polar and nonpolar analytes reliably and with excellent peak shapes. The polar-embedded C8 and C18 bonded phases are compatible with 100% water, and offer alternative selectivities while still complying with USP L1 and USP L7. The combination of high carbon load, ultrapure silica, and silanol shielding provides superior peak shape and retention with highly polar samples.
