Agilent SampliQ OPT cartridges are appropriate for a broad range of samples, including weak acids, neutrals, and weak bases. SampliQ OPT utilizes an amide modified divinyl benzene polymer resin (patent pending), making OPT cartridges compatible with water and most organic solvents, as well as acidic and basic solvents with a pH level of 0 to 14. This resin technology also exhibits retention for both polar and non-polar compounds, based on its combined hydrophilic and lipophilic characteristics.
