The Small Surface K-Type Thermocouple Probe with Handle – HI766B3 is designed to measure the temperature of small surfaces that may be difficult to measure with traditional temperature probes. The response time of a measurement is affected by the position of the sensor relative to the surface being measured. The HI766B3 surface construction offers a speedy 6-second response for a temperature reading. With an insulated shaft constructed from strong, corrosion-resistant, stainless steel, this probe is able to measure surfaces up to 200°C (390°F).
