The Affinity Removal LC Column – Human Albumin is designed to chromatographically remove the most interfering high-abundance protein (albumin) from human samples (e.g., plasma, serum, urine, or cerebrospinal fluid). They are compatible with most FPLC or HPLC pumps or instruments, including Agilent 1200/1100 instruments.
Removal of albumin improves subsequent LC/MS and electrophoretic analysis of samples by effectively expanding the dynamic range of the analysis.
